Learn More About ADHD At The 2nd Annual ADHD Virtual Conference

headerIn the course of my normal ADHD research, I found a post by Dr. Kenny Halderman. Dr. Halderman discussed his upcoming speech at the ADHD Virtual Conference. I was already aware of CHADD’s yearly ADHD conference, however, I have not been able to get the time off of work to attend. I was intrigued by the possibiity of a Virtual Conference. Upon further investigation, I found a conference full of great information for anyone with ADHD.

ADHD virtual conference is being held by ADD Management Group and ADD Consults. ADD Management Group was founded by Jennifer Koretsky. Jennifer Koretsky is an accoomplished author and ADHD coach. When discussing the Virtual ADHD Conference Koretsky stated, ” The Virtual AD/HD Conference™ is AD/HD-friendly! You can pick and choose from tons of sessions. Attend them all, or just a few—your choice! You can miss the live sessions and catch a recording later. You can participate from the comfort of your own living room, kitchen, office, or anywhere else you like. You can save a bundle of cash. And, best of all, you can sleep in your own bed at the end of the day.

Virtual ADHD Conference will present speeches from some very knowledgeable speakers. Dr. Kenny Holderman stated he would be speaking about, “My topic is: “Update on Evidence-Based Alternative Treatments for ADHD”. In this session, I’ll be discussing the role of alternative treatment in ADD and ADHD, as well as the research behind them.” (ADHD and Alternatives: An Interview, 2009) One of the keynote speakers is Edward “Ned” Hallowell, M.D., psychiatrist and author of books such as Driven to Distraction and Delivered from Distraction.
